Palestine Welcomes ICC Arrest Warrants Against Israeli Leaders Amid Escalating Violence

The State of Palestine has thanked the International Criminal Court (ICC) for putting arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant based on legal provisions of war crimes committed in the Gaza Strip. Palestinian officials see this as significant in addressing input legitimacy, enforcing international law, and offering justice.

It has also extended to Lebanon, where Israeli attacks in the Baalbek region have claimed the lives of 40 people and left 52 others injured, as per Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health.
