He pointed out that young players go through cycles of questioning their abilities and need support from their respective associations to get back to form.
Cricketers are not physically alone, but it is much tougher mentally to be a cricketer. The MCA and similar organizations are formed to help the player in his hour of need but are not meant to bad-mouth him publicly, he further said.
