Monday (September 2, 2024): While hearing the case of the bulldozer operation on the house of the father of the child accused of stabbing in Udaipur, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that according to municipal rules, illegal construction can be demolished only after giving notice, and there is a need to set proper and ground-level guidelines.
