Allegations of Fish Oil in Prasad
A controversy has emerged regarding the alleged adulteration of the sacred Prasad at the Tirupati Balaji Temple. According to sample tests, fish oil has been found in the Prasad. Former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy accused that during his tenure, animal fat was mixed in the Prasad instead of ghee.
CM Chandrababu Naidu Accused of Adulteration
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has been accused of adulterating the Prasad with animal fat instead of ghee. The matter has reached the High Court, with calls for an investigation. Actor and politician, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, has demanded the formation of a High Court committee to probe the allegations. He has also called for the establishment of a Sanatan Dharma Raksha Board in the country.
Jagan Mohan Reddy's Denial
Jagan Mohan Reddy’s party has denied these allegations. Reddy has accused CM Naidu of attempting to divert attention from key issues by making such claims. He stated that these accusations insult the deity and hurt the sentiments of devotees.
